2. Service description
Gasto is a personal finance management application that allows users to sync their Spanish bank accounts via PSD2, automatically classify transactions using artificial intelligence, and manage monthly budgets.
3. Acceptance of terms
Using the service constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
4. Registration and account
To use Gasto you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity carried out from your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
5. Plans and pricing
Gasto offers a free plan and paid monthly or annual plans. Prices are available at gasto.ai/en/#pricing. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.
Payments are handled by secure third-party providers. We do not store credit card details.
6. Acceptable use
The following are prohibited:
- Using the service for illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Attempting to access other users' data.
- Reverse engineering or copying the software.
- Intentionally overloading the service's systems.
7. PSD2 bank connection
Bank synchronisation is carried out through Redsys HUB PSD2, under your explicit and revocable consent. Gasto acts solely as an Account Information Service Provider (AISP) and cannot under any circumstances initiate payments, transfers, or modify bank data. Consent expires automatically after 90 days.
8. Artificial intelligence
Automatic transaction classification uses the Claude API (Anthropic). AI suggestions are informational and do not constitute financial advice. Gasto is not responsible for financial decisions made based on these classifications.
9. Limitation of liability
Gasto is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
We are not liable for losses arising from financial decisions based on data shown in the app.
10. Intellectual property
All content, design and code of Gasto is the property of Orienteed S.L. and is protected by intellectual property rights. Reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited.
11. Account cancellation
You may cancel your account at any time from the app settings. After cancellation, all your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of A Coruña, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
